NCT U was the first unit to debut out of NCT which was on April 9, 2016. NCT U is a rotational group meaning that members of NCT rotate in and out of NCT U for every comeback based on which members suit the concept or the MV style more.
They first debuted with two MV’s, “The 7th Sense” and “Without You”. The 7th Sense had 5 members - Ten, Jaehyun, Doyoung, Taeyong and Mark.
WITHOUT YOU.
Then a few days later they dropped the “Without You” MV that had 3 members - Doyoung, Jaehyun and Taeil; the Vocal Line.
BOSS.
After a long time of seeing no NCT U, in 2018, we were blessed with 3 NCT U MVs. NCT U announced their comeback of February 19, 2018 with their song “BOSS” but with addition of three new members - WinWin, Jungwoo, Lucas. Adding to the lineup, the 7-member comeback included Taeyong, Doyoung, Jaehyun, WinWin, Jungwoo, Lucas, and Mark.
BABY DON'T STOP.
The following week, on behalf of NCT U, Taeyong and Ten came out as a duet with a very popular MV called “Baby Don’t Stop” on February 26th, 2018.
